For the information of the f‌ield attached is the letter of invitation from the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) for the winners and qualifiers of the National IT Challenge for Youth with Disabilities to compete in the Global IT Challenge (GITC) for Youth with Disabilities. This international competition will bring together 1,700 participants from 20 countries and hosted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Republic of Korea, LG Electronics, the Department of Social Welfare and Development, and the National Council on Disability Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines.
