The Person with Disability Affairs Office of the PSWDO Pangasinan provides an inclusive social service to vulnerable groups particularly persons with disabilities. PDAO provides technical assistance in addressing the issues and concerns of people with impairment by implementing plans and programs for the empowerment of persons with disabilities in coordination with concerned national and local government agencies. These include the promotion of the rights of youth with disabilities in the province.
