In reference to Advisory No. 075, s. 2021, dated June 21, 2021, this Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division informs the field that National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) in cooperation with the Philippine Cultural Education Program (PCEP) is inviting all interested Filipino songwriters to join the Christmas Songwriting Development and Competition as part of the 9th Diwang Sagisag Kultura Competion and Festivals.
