In reference to the Memorandum from the Office of the Regional Director dated June
17, 2021 and letter from Atty. Ariz Delson Acay D. Cawilan, Attorney IV. Officer-in-
Charge, Office of the Director IV, this Office through the Curriculum Implementation
Division informs the field that the Bureau of Learning Resources Quality Assurance
Division (BLR-QAD) will conduct a virtual/live-out Conformance Review of Quarter 4
Self Learning Modules (SLMS) which shall commence upon the advice of the assigned
BLR facilitators for each learning area.
