Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education; or Bachelor's Degree with 18 Professional Education Units with appropriate major, and 24 units for a Master's degree in Education for its equivalent
Experience: 1 year as Master Teacher I or 4 years as Teacher III
Training: 4 Hours relevant training
Eligibility: LET,PBET,RA 1080 (Teacher)
Documents Needed
1.Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
2.Official Transcript of records (Bachelor's degree / Masteral/ Doctoral degree / units earned)
3.Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/ rating/ license; and
4.Performance Ratings for the last 3 rating periods (if applicable)
5.Updated Service Records (if applicable);
6.Latest appointment papers (if applicable); and
7.Certificate of trainings of at least 3 days (if applicable).
