Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) or Bachelor's Degree plus 18 professional units in Education with appropriate major; and 18 units for a Master‘s degree in Education or its relevant
Training: None Required
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Eligibility: LET, PBET, RA 1080 Teachers
Documents Needed
1.Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
2.Official Transcript of records (Bachelor's degree / Masteral/ Doctoral degree / units earned)
3.Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/ rating/ license; and
4.Performance Ratings for the last 3 rating periods (if applicable)
5.Updated Service Records (if applicable);
6.Latest appointment papers (if applicable); and
7.Certificate of trainings of at least 3 days (if applicable).
