Requirements
Education: Academic Track:Master's degree with a major in the relevant strand/subject
TVL Track: Bachelor's Degre; or completion of technical-vocational course(s) in the area of specialization
Sports Track: Bachelor's degree with a major in field(s) under the Track; or any Bachelor's degree plus 18 units for a Master's degree in fields under the Track
Art & Design Track: Bachelor's degree with a major in field(s) under the Track; or any Bachelor's degree plus 18 units of specialization in the relevant subject; and 18 units for a master's degree in fields under the Strand
Experience: Academic Track: 5 years of relevant teaching/industry work experience
TVL Track: 1 year of teaching experience and 6 months of relevant industry work experience
Sports Track: 4 years relevant teaching/ industry work experience
Art & Design Track: 4 years relevant teaching/ industry work experience
Training: Academic Track:8 hours of training relevant to the subject area specialization
TVL Track: At least NC II* + TMC I *Appropriate to the Specialization
Sports Track: 8 hours of training relevant to the courses in the Strand
Art & Design Track: 8 hours of training relevant to the courses in the Track
Eligibility:RA 1080 (Teacher)
Documents Needed
1.Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
2.Official Transcript of records (Bachelor's degree / Masteral/ Doctoral degree / units earned)
3.Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/ rating/ license; and
4.Performance Ratings for the last 3 rating periods (if applicable)
5.Updated Service Records (if applicable);
6.Latest appointment papers (if applicable); and
7.Certificate of trainings of at least 3 days (if applicable).
