With reference to Deped Order No. 31 s, 2022, titled Child Rights Policy: Adopting

the Right-Based Education (RBE) Framework in Basic Philippine Education which

states that in RBE-DepEd, programs pertaining to child protection, student

governance and participation... are not viewed as extra, disparate, or peripheral

programs in basic education, student government organizations in the division level

intends to conduct their Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs)for SY2022-2023.
