Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 02, s. 2015, otherwise known as the Guidelines on The Establishment and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education, a Division Performance Management Team shall be organized to assess and evaluate the performance of all personnel in the school and schools division office.
