The Office of the Schools Division Office I Pangasinan through the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Unit issued the above-mentioned advisory. The All Christian Foundation, Inc. (ACF), a multi-religious organization has been engaged in teaching Christian and moral values under the children ministry in various public schools both Elementary and High Schools for the past eleven (11) years.
