In compliance with RA. 7277, Magna Carta for Disabled Persons an act
providing rehabilitation, self-development, and self-reliance for disabled
persons and their integration into the mainstream of society and for other
purposes, and Article X IV, Section 19 of the Philippine Constitution states
that:
The State promotes physical education and encourages sports programs,
leagues competition, and amateur sports, including training for an
international competition to foster self-discipline, teamwork, and
excellence for the development of an alert and healthy citizenry.
All educational institutions shall undertake regular sports activities
