Oro issued to all Response Clusters of the Pangasinan PDRRM Council, inviting writers, from offices as well as in schools, wh can contribute articles which may be published in the LINGKOR Magazine, an official publication launched by Pangasinan PDRRM Office that aims to convey stories of resilience and disseminate information and other DRRM-related Information, Education and Campaign (IEC) through print media in the province of Pangasinan.
