Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 479 signed on October 25, 1994, titled Declaring the Month of November of Every Year as Filipino Values Month and in support to the DepEd Memorandum No.079, s. 2021 or 2021 National Observance of Filipino Values Month with theme, Pagpapaunlad ng Pagkatao, Pakikipagkapwa at Pananampalataya: Hamon sa Panahon ng Pandemya, the Schools Division Office I Pangasinan through the SGOD - Youth Formation in partnership with the Division Federation of Youth for Environment in Schools Organization will conduct a Division Observance of Filipino Values Month on November 26-December 10, 2021 via virtual platform.
