To motivate, recognize, and reward employees individually or in groups for innovative ideas, inventions, discoveries, outstanding achievements in the field of education, heroic acts or services in the public interest, and other personal efforts that contribute to the efficiency, economy, and improvement of government operations, this Office, hereby announces the Search for 2023 Outstanding Government Workers in SDO1 Pangasinan with reference to Civil Service Commission issuances to encourage, recognize and reward employees for their individual contributions to organizational productivity.
