In reference to Division Memorandum No. 20 s. 2023, it was specified that STI Course 1 is for the Department Heads, Head Teachers, and Master Teachers and STI Courses 2 and 3 are for School Heads. However, upon checking the link for registration, there were teachers who registered to the said courses. Item No. 4 thereof, which is Early Literacy for K-3 Teachers caters for interested teachers with forty-eight (48) slots however, specified for Grades I - III teachers.
