In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 575, s. 2022 dated June 01, 2022, and Memorandum OUF-2022-0271 dated May 24, 2022, re: Call for Proposals for the FY 2023 Competitive Grants Program of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, this Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division informs all concerned that the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCAA) announces the opening of the call for proposals for the FY 2023 NCCA Competitive Grants Program.
